KairosKnocks CRM is a personal client relationship management tool developed by KairosKnocks Solutions.
Information We Collect
KairosKnocks collects and stores the following on your device only:
- Name, email, phone number, company, tags, and other contact details
- Notes, interaction history, follow-up dates, and birthdays
- Business card images you scan (stored locally)
- App usage data (such as feature usage) for improvement purposes — no personal identifiers
We may request permission to access:
- Your Contacts (for importing)
- Camera and Photos (for business card scanner)
- Notifications (for follow-up reminders)
How We Use Your Information
- To provide core CRM features: client management, pipeline tracking, reminders, and quick communications
- To generate local notifications when enabled
- All processing and storage happens locally on your iPhone
Data Storage & Sharing
- All your data stays on your device. It never leaves your iPhone unless you explicitly export it (CSV).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
- No analytics SDKs, tracking tools, or advertising frameworks are used.
Your Rights & Control
- You have full control over your data at all times.
- Delete individual clients or use “Clear All” at any time.
- Export your data anytime via CSV.
- Uninstalling the app removes all data from your device.
Children’s Privacy
KairosKnocks is not intended for children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified within the app and on this page.
