KairosKnocks™ CRM is a personal client relationship management tool developed by KairosKnocks™ Solutions.

Information Stored in the App

KairosKnocks™ stores the following information locally on your device:

• Name, email, phone number, company, tags, and other contact details
• Notes, interaction history, follow-up dates, and birthdays
• Business card images you scan
• App preferences and other information needed to support core app features

We may request permission to access:

• Your Contacts, for importing contacts you choose
• Your Camera and Photos, for business card scanning and related image features
• Notifications, for follow-up reminders and other local alerts

How We Use Your Information

• To provide client management, pipeline tracking, reminders, and communication features
• To generate local notifications when you enable them
• To support features you choose to use within the app

Data Storage & Sharing

• Your core CRM data is stored locally on your device.
• Your CRM data does not leave your device unless you choose to export, share, email, text, or otherwise transmit it through a feature you initiate.
• We do not sell or rent your client data.
• We do not use advertising frameworks inside KairosKnocks™.

Communications and Third-Party Apps

If you choose to send an email, text message, or use another supported app or service, information you choose to send may be handled by that third-party service according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Your Rights & Control

• You control the client data stored in KairosKnocks™.
• You may edit or delete individual client records at any time.
• You may export supported data using the app's export features.
• Removing the app from your device may remove locally stored app data, subject to Apple's device backup and restore behavior.

Founding Member Program

Information submitted through the KairosKnocks™ website to join the Founding Member program is separate from the CRM data stored inside the app. Information submitted through website forms may be processed by the form and email service providers used by KairosKnocks™ Solutions for program communication and administration.

Children’s Privacy

KairosKnocks™ is not intended for children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated within the app, on this website, or through other appropriate channels.
